Terms and Conditions for Dance Floors Los Angeles

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of dance floor rental services offered by Dance Floors Los Angeles (‘the Company’) to its clients (‘the Client’).

2. Services

The Company provides various dance floor rental services, including but not limited to white seamless, LED, wooden, and colored dance floors, as well as illuminated bars and furniture rentals.

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • A deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • Cancellation terms and conditions, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment

  • Payment terms will be specified during the booking process.
  • Full payment is required prior to or at the event as agreed.

5. Delivery and Setup

  • The Company will deliver and set up the dance floors at specified locations within Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties.
  • Delivery times and setup requirements will be agreed upon in advance.

6. Use of Equipment

  • The Client is responsible for the proper use of the rented equipment.
  • Any damage to the equipment during the rental period may incur additional charges.

7. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the rented equipment.

8. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its control.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

10. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Comments

Media
